Pretty & Polished Jawbreaker and Bubble Tea

While catching up on my readings on my fellow nail polish bloggers I came across a swatch on Jawbreaker made by Pretty & Polished and I immediately wanted that polish. I had to wait awhile and stalk her Etsy shop to buy this polish but I'm happy that I did! I decided to purchase Jawbreaker and Bubble Tea

Jawbreaker is a white creamy base with a mix of yellow, blue, red, green glitters in variety of sizes over it. 3 coats. It literally looks like a jawbreaker! I used to love those candy when I was younger and my mother would always yell at me to not leave it in my mouth because I might choke on it. I really love this color! It's gorgeous.

Bubble Tea is a lime green creme with black hex glitters over it. It also have some light white shimmer on it. 3 coats. I'm not a huge fan of flavored bubble tea. I only drink the milk tea with bubbles. But this really looks like bubble tea to me, maybe honey dew bubble tea. This is an interesting color, but I love the black glitters!

The formula for these were pretty good considering the fact that its glitters! I didn't have to fish any glitters out for Jawbreaker, but I did for Bubble tea. They both applied very nicely and Jawbreaker doesn't have the glitter gritty finish feel. One coat of seche vite made it super smooth!

I don't quite remember the exact price I paid for these, but it was definitely less than $20. It's worth every penny, especially Jawbreaker. I am looking forward into trying more polishes from her but it seems like I gotta wait awhile for them! But it's ok because patience is a virtue!
